JYWQ JPWQ Agitating Submersible Sewage Pumps

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Shanghai Yidishui Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. supplies JYWQ and JPWQ agitating submersible sewage pumps for wastewater collection sumps and related drainage projects. The agitation mechanism helps stir settled material and keep it in suspension during pumping.

SERIES CONFIGURATION

JYWQ is illustrated with a painted cast-metal body and an open lower support structure. JPWQ is illustrated with a stainless steel outer sleeve and painted pump components. The sleeve does not imply that all wetted components are stainless steel. Complete model codes, material grades and construction details are confirmed in the technical offer.

MATERIALS AND SELECTION

Our standard supply configuration uses a ductile iron casing and a stainless steel impeller, subject to the confirmed order specification. Select flow, total head, solids passage, motor power, voltage, frequency and agitation requirements to match the wastewater and sump conditions.

APPLICATIONS

Wastewater collection sumps, municipal drainage and industrial wastewater transfer where settled solids require agitation. Suitability for the actual liquid, solids, fibres, temperature and operating conditions is confirmed during selection.

CUSTOM SUPPLY

Project-based selection and OEM/ODM support are available. Please provide the required flow and head, liquid characteristics, sump dimensions, installation arrangement and power supply. Control panels, level control, accessories and documentation can be specified in the agreed scope of supply.
