PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Shanghai Yidishui Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. supplied this custom skid-mounted fire pump system for a project in Malaysia. The system integrates main pumping and pressure-maintenance equipment with pipework and controls on a common skid base.
PACKAGE CONFIGURATION
The project package combines an electric motor-driven main pump, a diesel engine-driven main pump and two vertical jockey pumps. Supporting equipment includes a tank, control panels, manifolds, valves and instruments.
The equipment arrangement and component selection are configured according to the project’s technical requirements.
MATERIALS
Our standard pump supply configuration uses a ductile iron casing and a stainless steel impeller, subject to the confirmed order specification. Material grades and other component materials are confirmed per order.
SELECTION AND CUSTOM SUPPLY
Flow, head, motor power, voltage, frequency, connection sizes and control requirements are selected according to the project duty point and technical specifications.
OEM/ODM and single-set custom orders are supported. Customers may provide drawings or operating requirements for equipment selection and quotation.
