ZW/ZWL Self Priming Sewage Pump for Wastewater Transfer

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Shanghai Yidishui Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. supplies self-priming sewage pumps for municipal drainage, wastewater collection and industrial wastewater transfer. Pump selection is based on the required duty point, liquid properties and installation conditions.

STRUCTURE AND CONFIGURATION

The range includes ZWL close-coupled pumps and ZW coupling-driven pumps. The ZWL arrangement provides a compact pump and motor assembly, while the ZW arrangement connects the pump and motor through a coupling on a common base.

The pumps are installed outside the liquid. Before initial start-up, fill the pump casing with priming liquid according to the operating instructions. Suction pipework and installation height must suit the selected model.

MATERIALS

Our standard supply configuration uses a ductile iron casing and a stainless steel impeller, subject to the confirmed order specification. Material grades and seal selection are confirmed according to the pumped liquid and operating conditions.

APPLICATIONS

Typical applications include municipal drainage, wastewater collection and transfer, and industrial wastewater handling. Solids content, particle size, fibres, temperature and chemical compatibility are reviewed during pump selection.
