YDSGY Automatic Oil Water Separator for Wastewater

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Shanghai Yidishui Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. supplies YDSGY automatic integrated oil-water separators for the pretreatment of suitable oily wastewater. The equipment combines solids removal and oil and grease separation, with wastewater lifting available according to project requirements.

MODULAR CONFIGURATION

The system uses a modular arrangement for solids removal, oil-water separation and wastewater lifting. Module selection and equipment layout are confirmed according to the required treatment capacity and installation conditions.

Automatic solids removal, mixing, heating and temperature-control functions can be configured to suit the application. The supplied functions and control arrangements are specified in the confirmed order.

PROJECT SELECTION

System selection considers normal and peak wastewater flow, oil and solids content, liquid temperature and required discharge conditions.

Where wastewater lifting is required, pump flow and discharge head are selected according to the project duty point.

MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION

Material grades, tank wall thickness, overall dimensions and pipe connections are confirmed per order.

The equipment layout is coordinated with the available installation space, drainage and ventilation connections, and access for inspection and maintenance.

CUSTOM SUPPLY

OEM/ODM and single-set custom orders are supported. Customers may provide wastewater details, layout drawings, treatment capacity and discharge requirements for equipment selection and quotation.
